Frequently asked questions

How appointments work, what things cost, where we go, and what we can help with. If your question is not here, calling is the fastest way to get it answered.

Where are you located?

We are based in Bourne, Massachusetts, at the top of Cape Cod, and we work by appointment only. Send a request or call first and we will arrange a time.

What areas do you serve?

Bourne and the surrounding Upper Cape and South Coast communities, including Buzzards Bay, Sagamore Beach, Pocasset, Cataumet, Monument Beach, Sandwich, Falmouth, Mashpee, Barnstable, and Wareham.

Do you work with businesses as well as home users?

Yes. Alongside home laptops and desktops we support the servers, networks, and camera systems that small businesses depend on day to day.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We are appointment only, so please send a request or call before stopping by. That way we can set aside the time your job actually needs.

What happens after I send a request?

We read it, then contact you to talk through the problem and confirm a time that works. Once the time is agreed you get a written confirmation by email at the address you gave us. Nothing is booked automatically — a person reviews every request.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually the same business day, and by the next business day at the latest. If something is urgent, calling is faster than the form.

What does a repair cost?

It depends on what is actually wrong, which is why diagnosis comes first. You get a number before any work begins, and we will tell you when a repair is not worth the money.

What kinds of problems can you help with?

Slow or failing computers, upgrades and cleanups, data and setup questions, patchy Wi-Fi and wired networking, server and business IT issues, connected camera systems, and websites for local businesses. If it is not on the list, ask anyway.
